Undeterred, she continued cooking for friends, family, and community events, always sharing her passion for great food.
Raised on classic Midwest comfort meals, Sheryl has since transformed those hearty dishes into organic, health-conscious versions that her community loves. Three years ago, she turned her lifelong passion into First Bite, a business dedicated to making nutritious, delicious meals accessible to all. What started as a simple idea has grown beyond what she ever imagined, helping individuals and businesses prioritize healthy eating.
